Cherry approvals are valid for 30 days. If that approval window expires before checkout, you can submit a new application.
Cherry approvals are based on the information reviewed during the application process. If you are approved, the amount shown is the maximum available approval for that application.
If a promotional 0% APR option is available, Cherry will show the available payment plan terms during checkout. Review the plan details before accepting, because APR, term length, and payment options depend on approval and transaction details.
Yes. Cherry does not charge prepayment penalties, so you can pay off your balance early.
After the purchase price is entered, Cherry shows the down payment options available for that purchase. The down payment is due when the practice confirms the transaction and moves forward with your services.
Cherry notes that payments made by prepaid debit card or credit card may include a 2.99% processing fee. There is no processing fee for making a down payment with a traditional debit card.
Refunds must be requested through Stay Ageless Clinic first. Cherry follows the practice's refund authorization and adjusts the Cherry account or loan balance once the refund is approved by the practice.
